HOW IT WORKS

From first idea to real production. Step by step.

Not a demo link. A compliant asset, deployed to production infrastructure, with every gate cleared.

Analysis

Discover

Your concept becomes a clear product vision: scope, audience, success criteria. Confirmed with you — never silently inferred.

→ Product Brief

01Discover

A domain expert describes the idea in plain language; agents ask clarifying questions until scope, audience and success criteria are unambiguous. The output is a Product Brief — a written vision document, not a chat transcript — that everyone downstream builds against. Nothing advances until you confirm it.

→ Product Brief

02Specify

The Product Brief becomes user journeys, screen-level UX design and functional requirements, written up as a PRD & UX Spec. Edge cases and acceptance criteria are worked through before a line of code exists. Ambiguity is resolved here, not discovered in production.

→ PRD & UX Spec

03Design

Architecture agents choose the technology stack, design the system, and break the work into epics and stories sized for delivery. Every decision is documented with its rationale, producing an Architecture & Epics record an engineering lead would sign off on. Nothing is scoped that hasn't been reasoned through.

→ Architecture & Epics

04Build

Implementation agents work story by story, sprint by sprint, with every change reviewed by other agents before it merges and tested before it counts as done. The result is a Running Application, not prototype debris — code built the way an engineering team would build it. Review is structural, not optional.

→ Running Application

05Ship

The Pathfinder-PROD agent takes over the last mile: infrastructure is provisioned, compliance artifacts are drafted and confirmed, the deployment is executed end to end, and the asset is registered and badged as in production. What lands is a Production Deployment — real infrastructure, real gates cleared — not a link to a sandbox. This phase is covered in detail below.

→ Production Deployment

PATHFINDER-PROD AGENT

The last mile is the hard mile. One agent owns it.

Shipping to enterprise production means compliance, not just deployment. The Pathfinder-PROD agent exists to take projects into PROD — the same agent machinery that builds the software, pointed at deployment and compliance instead of code. It scans the repository to size the project, provisions the infrastructure, deploys, wires up identity, and prepares every compliance artifact — protection concept, penetration test, asset registration — pre-filled from what it knows about the project and confirmed by the humans who own the risk. Small applications go live end to end automatically within hours; large ones get a staged DEV → INT → PROD pipeline with deliberate human gates. When the gates are green, the asset goes live, gets its production badge, and is locked against silent drift.

Sized automatically

A repository scan refines the estimate into a T-shirt size and picks the track — an Express autopilot takes small apps live in hours; an Enterprise track orchestrates platform-grade systems across teams.

Compliance gates

Protection concept, penetration test, asset registration — every artifact pre-filled by Pathfinder-PROD, confirmed by the accountable humans. No go-live until the gate set is green.

Human authority

Promotions to production are deliberate human decisions. Pathfinder-PROD prepares; people decide.

SHIPPED

Major features on Tier‑1 level. Live in production.

Not a roadmap slide. Each of these runs today — and each one builds on the one before it, so the platform compounds instead of sprawling.

01LIVE

Collaboration

Version control for parallel workstreams

Whole teams build one app in parallel. Nothing collides.

  • Parallel workstreams on one app
  • Preview approval and guarded merge into main
  • Full history of every change

→ Teams build together safely — every release traceable.

02LIVE

Pathfinder

Automated dev & prod staging

DEV to PROD at the push of a button. The paperwork writes itself.

  • Push-button promotion DEV → PROD
  • Generates the required process documentation — protection concept and more
  • Built on Collaboration's release history

→ MVPs reach production compliantly — without manual hand-offs.

03LIVE

Guided onboarding

Self-serve adoption at scale

Takes a non-technical employee from sign-in to first project.

  • Guided tutorial, replayable from the FAQ
  • Feature announcements in context
  • Personal welcome via Entra ID profile

→ Self-serve adoption at scale.

04LIVE

BYOC

Bring Your Own Cloud

Business units launch apps into their own cloud subscriptions.

  • Own billing
  • Own policies
  • Own data

→ Every business unit ships into its own subscription.

05LIVE

Native apps

Mobile, not only web

Ideas become mobile apps, not only web apps.

  • Same flow: idea → MVP → compliant release
  • First shown at Mobile World Congress

→ Reaches the shop floor and the field.

06LIVE

Sovereign models

Enterprise-controlled hardware

Models run on enterprise-controlled HGX hardware.

  • Hardware under your control
  • No prompts or code leave the boundary

→ Own cloud, own models.

07LIVE

Multi-service systems

Microservices as one product

Several cooperating microservices — designed, built and run as one product.

  • Service boundaries and APIs designed by agents
  • Each service built, tested and deployed independently
  • Same release path via Pathfinder
08LIVE

Data connectors

Your enterprise data, wired in

Build on the systems your business already runs on.
