Hosting and server logs

The website runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves. When you open a page, the server processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer and browser identification. We use this data only to deliver the site and to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete it as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Fonts and assets

All fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server. Loading the site causes no requests to Google Fonts or other third parties, unless you consent to Google Analytics (see below).

Your consent choice

We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage (key “creavity:consent”) so we do not have to ask again. This is strictly necessary for providing the consent function (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and no cookie is set for it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Google Analytics 4

Only if you consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Before that, the tracking code is not loaded at all. Google Analytics uses cookies (_ga, _ga_*, stored for up to 2 years) to measure page views and interactions with pseudonymous identifiers; GA4 does not store IP addresses. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings”; the cookies are then deleted.

Demo request form

If you submit the demo request form, we process the details you enter — name, business email, company and optionally role, deployment preference and message — solely to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The request is sent via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, as our processor) to our mailbox and stored there. We delete it when it is no longer needed, or earlier on request to hello@creavity.ai.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Write to hello@creavity.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.

Changes to this policy

If the way this website handles data changes, this page changes with it.
